Three generations of Marin families have brought their cars here.
For more than 50 years, Anthony’s Auto Craft has helped San Rafael and Marin County drivers care for their vehicles after a collision. Our Verdi Street shop combines longstanding local relationships with experience in luxury, European and exotic vehicles.
Repair methods have changed as vehicles have adopted aluminum, composites, bonded structures and electric powertrains. We continue investing in manufacturer training, structural equipment and precise color matching to meet those changing requirements.

Every collision repair job starts with a free estimate at 111 Verdi Street. We document the damage, send it to your insurance carrier, and write the supplements when the adjuster misses something. If the frame moved, it goes on a laser bench. If airbags deployed, they get replaced to factory spec. If sensors need recalibration, they get recalibrated. Auto Body Repair
Auto body repair sounds simple until you need it. A pushed-in fender or a smashed door involves stamped metal, hidden mounting points, and a paint code that has to disappear into the panel next to it. Get any one of those wrong and the new paint looks like a Band-Aid for the rest of the car’s life.

Auto Dent Removal Service
A door ding from the Northgate Mall parking lot is not the end of the world. Hail damage from one of those rare North Bay storms is not either. The auto dent removal service at our San Rafael shop handles all of it.
When the paint is still intact, we use paintless dent repair (PDR). A trained tech massages the metal back into shape from behind the panel — no filler, no repaint, no compromise to the factory finish. When the dent broke paint, we move to traditional dent removal, body filler, primer, and color-matched refinishing. Same goal, different tools.

Auto Repair Shop
Anthony’s is a full auto repair shop in San Rafael, not just a body shop. While collision and paint are the work we are known for, our team also handles mechanical repair, frame repair, frame alignment, frame straightening, body panel alignment, auto body welding, sunroof leak repair, lease return repair, fleet body repair, and EV-specific structural work for Tesla, Rivian, and Lucid.
That last part matters in Marin. Half of every block in Terra Linda or Mill Valley has an EV in the driveway, and EVs require certified bonded-aluminum and high-strength-steel repair processes most shops are not approved to perform. We are.
