Accidents do happen, unfortunately when you least expect it and it is always inconvenient when they do.
At Anthony’s Auto Craft we understand that one of the things most valuable to our clients is time, and that is why we started our Customer Concierge Program in 2007 to minimize the time that our customers need to deal with such a situation.
We started our in-house rental car program to lessen the time for our customers to exchange their damaged vehicle for a replacement vehicle. That is a time saving of up to an hour or more, when dealing with both a body shop and a separate rental car facility.
Anthony’s Auto Craft will also pick up and deliver to anywhere in the North Bay, San Francisco, and Napa. We also have shuttle service to those locations should you not require a replacement vehicle.
All the vehicles we repair are detailed after completion of repairs so that when you pick-up your vehicle it is not only repaired to factory standards but it has been meticulously cleaned for your convenience. We also offer Paint-less Dent Removal, Wheel Repair, Glass Replacement, and Touch-up.

Auto Dent Removal Service
A door ding from the Northgate Mall parking lot is not the end of the world. Hail damage from one of those rare North Bay storms is not either. The auto dent removal service at our San Rafael shop handles all of it.
When the paint is still intact, we use paintless dent repair (PDR). A trained tech massages the metal back into shape from behind the panel — no filler, no repaint, no compromise to the factory finish. When the dent broke paint, we move to traditional dent removal, body filler, primer, and color-matched refinishing. Same goal, different tools.
