Color Matching
We achieve perfect color matching through AkzoNobel's digital spectrophotometer camera which uses advanced technology to measure and analyze all color elements and metallic properties of vehicle surfaces. This technology enables us to achieve precise matches for complicated factory finishes. The system gathers information which AkzoNobel's color software processes to generate the specific paint formula required for precise color matching.
Mixing
Our technicians use precise mixing scales together with automated measuring equipment to create perfect paint ratios in every instance. The entire component system which includes pigments and binders and hardeners and reducers requires precise measurement to deliver consistent quality and perfect results for every project.
Precision Application & Finishing
Once the custom formula is blended, our master technicians apply the coating within a climate-controlled downdraft spray booth. This environment is critical for eliminating airborne contaminants and ensuring the metallic flakes and pigments settle exactly as the manufacturer intended.
