Vehicle arrival begins at 8 AM; public entry at 9 AM. Raffle prizes and awards are scheduled for 1 PM, with the event ending at 2 PM.
Admission & registration
Spectators enter free. Advance entry is $35 for a motorcycle or $45 for an automobile. If available, day-of-show entry is $50 for a motorcycle or $60 for an automobile.

The event lists a limit of 170 advance entries. Pre-registration closes October 16 at 11 PM. Early registration helps organizers group vehicles by marque.
